I didn’t realize Tori Amos was releasing “official bootlegs” of her American Doll Posse tour and man are there a lot of them…27 total though she hasn’t gone and done the last two dates of the tour that she’s guesstimating will be available for digital download.
Still that’s a whole lot of Tori and I gotta say the album I’m listening to right now (Syracuse, NY) is a lot better than her Original Bootlegs for the Sinsuality Tour in 2005. Less random chatter and it just sounds better, but then again she’s also charging $10.00 a pop for each “bootleg” for the hardcore fan that’s a minimum $270.00 purchase, not including finance charges to get the 25 albums currently out and the 2 more listed as going to be up later in the month.
Yeah, kind of ouch when you look at the big numbers, but she doesn’t sound as…bored? Jaded? Just-kind-of-there as last time so…it’s definitely an interesting virtual stocking stuffer to say the least.
